The Saya also feature a white nylon cord with a traditionally braided Japanese style. A genuine brown adjustable leather shoulder strap comes accompanied with this sword. The tsuba is stained steel with black and copper depicting a bio-hazard symbol on both sides. The Tsuka offers a traditionally braided white nylon cord wrap with a full tang construction. A visible double bamboo peg is inserted into the handle to hold the blade in position making this sword a fully functional Full Tang katana. Imitation black ray skin and a blackened Menuki accompanies the handle for good luck purposes. The blade on this katana offers a solid Hand Forged 1045 Tampered Carbon Steel construction with blood groove on both sides and a visible hamon pattern. The blade is stamped with a bio hazard symbol as well.
