The hardness of this Damascus blade is rated at 55 to 58 HRC on the Rockwell scale which holds the sharpness for a long time. This hand-ground blade has heft and comfortable handling made for practical use. This folder has days of work put into it and its entirely handmade with solid brass frame and detail beautiful file work on the spine. It has a front liner locking mechanism.
