Kelsunyo features a hand-forged 1095 high-carbon steel blade, crafted through repeated heating, hammering and folding to create a distinctive layered construction.

The blade also undergoes differential clay tempering, a traditional technique in which clay is applied before quenching to create a harder cutting edge while maintaining greater resilience along the spine.

This process can produce a genuine hamon (temper line), one of the most admired characteristics of traditionally crafted Japanese swords.

With its premium steel construction and traditional forging techniques, Kelsunyo offers collectors something beyond an ordinary decorative katana.

🏯 Traditional Japanese Handle Construction
