The Gerber Spine Fixed Blade is a robust, minimalist fixed blade knife. The Gerber Spine has no unnecessary frills. The knife is made to be used, and it works perfectly!
The handle consists of a full-tang construction. This means that the blade and the frame of the handle are made from one piece of steel, onto which the scales are mounted. The rubber scales have a light texture. Thanks to this, you have good grip on the Gerber Spine even in wet circumstances. This version of the Spine has a blue handle that makes the knife highly visible in the dark and among undergrowth. The blade is made from 7Cr17MoV steel. The blade itself has a rough stonewashed finish. This finish is great for concealing traces of use, so your knife will continue to look amazing after lots of use!
The sheath is made from FRN: fibreglass-reinforced nylon. A very interesting aspect of the sheath is the elongated clip. This clip allows you to easily attach the Gerber Spine to a bag or a belt. The sheath itself features a small barrier, which falls into the cut-out above the logo on the spine of the blade. Thanks to this, you can securely click the Spine into the sheath.
