Take a look at my version of Ludwig's Holy Blade.
It's around 1/6 scale, and the raw material is alloy.
There is inner foam in the sheath to keep the sword from shaking.
When you put the sword into the scabbard, it turns into a greatsword.
The blade of it is totally blunt; it's made for display only.
